Solvex bought a franchise from Solvit Limited, a limited liability company registered under the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Solvit Limited ( the Franchisor) is engaged in the business of providing an On Demand Asset and Situation Inspection Platform that sends its closest available roaming Solvers to inspect and assess assets and situations, which is operated in accordance with distinctive system and plan utilizing and comprising certain proprietary marks, management methods and standard operating procedures and has expended substantial time, effort and money in the development and implementation of the same.
Solvex Uganda limited (Franchisee) desired to obtain the benefit of the knowledge, skills and experience of the Franchisor and the right and franchise to operate the business system of the Franchisor upon the term agreed upon.
The Franchisor has established substantial reputation and goodwill in the said business and the Franchisee recognizes the benefit to be derived therefrom and acknowledges the necessity of conforming to the high standards and uniform specifications of the said business.
